1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Withdrawal" means funds transferred from the User's hao77 Account balance to the User's registered bank account or e-wallet.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional funds, free bets, cashback, or other incentives credited to a User's Account subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures requiring Users to submit identification documents including Indonesian national identity cards (KTP).

2. Eligibility Requirements

By registering an account with hao77, you represent and warrant that:

3. Account Registration and Security

You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.4 Account Suspension and Closure

hao77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to: fraudulent activity, multiple account registration, bonus abuse, money laundering, collusion with other players, use of automated betting software, provision of false information, or violation of responsible gaming policies. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Processing
